Changing Production Dates
If your production dates change after you place your order, contact KeyboardTEK Support with the updated dates.
KeyboardTEK may need to update your order, confirm your file access window, and verify that your performance license still covers the revised production dates.
Extending a Production Run
If your production run is extended beyond the original closing date, you may need an updated performance license or extension from your licensing company.
KeyboardTEK programming cannot automatically be used beyond the production dates associated with your original order.
Contact KeyboardTEK Support before using the files for added performances or extended dates.
Remounting the Same Show
A remount is generally treated as a new production or a new licensed use unless KeyboardTEK confirms otherwise.
Even if your organization produced the same show previously, you should not reuse old programming files for a remount without approval.
You may need to place a new order, update the existing order, or provide new license documentation.
Using the Same Files for a Different Production
KeyboardTEK files may not be reused for another production, organization, venue, school year, cast, event, or future performance without approval.
This includes:
- Remounts
- Extensions
- Concert versions
- Cabarets
- Awards performances
- Fundraisers
- Rehearsal-only use for another production
- Future productions of the same title
The files are licensed for the specific production connected to your order.
License Verification for Updated Dates
If your production changes, KeyboardTEK may need to verify the updated licensing information before approving continued access or use.
Please provide any updated confirmation from your licensing company showing the revised dates or approved extension.
File Access and Delivery Windows
Your file access may be tied to your production dates.
If your dates change, the access window may also need to be changed. Contact KeyboardTEK Support early so we can review the order before access expires or before the new production dates begin.
