Can I Receive a Refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the status of your order and whether file access has already been provided.
Because KeyboardTEK programming is digitally delivered and licensed for a specific production, refunds are limited once files or download access have been released.

If you have paid for an order but KeyboardTEK has not yet provided download links, file access, or delivery instructions, you may contact KeyboardTEK Support to ask whether a refund is available.
Refunds are reviewed based on the status of the order, license verification, payment, and file delivery.
Refunds After File Delivery
Once download links, file access, or programming files have been generated and sent, KeyboardTEK generally cannot issue a refund.
This applies even if the files have not yet been opened, downloaded, or used.
KeyboardTEK programming is a digital licensed product. Once access has been provided, the files are considered delivered.
Why Refunds Are Limited After Delivery
KeyboardTEK programming contains licensed and protected electronic music design, samples, patches, and related programming materials.
The files are licensed for your specific production and may be watermarked or otherwise secured. Because the files are digital and cannot be physically returned, refund options are limited after access has been provided.
If You Ordered the Wrong Product
If you believe you ordered the wrong book, product, or show, contact KeyboardTEK Support as soon as possible.
If file access has not yet been provided, we may be able to review the order before delivery.
If file access has already been provided, refund or exchange options may be limited.
Before ordering, please review your licensed orchestration and confirm which keyboard, drum, percussion, playback, or other products your production needs.
If Your Production Was Cancelled or Postponed
If your production was cancelled, postponed, extended, or moved to new dates, see the article on What If Our Show Is Postponed or Cancelled?
A postponement or cancellation does not automatically make an order refundable, especially if file access has already been provided.
KeyboardTEK may be able to review options such as updated access dates or credit depending on the circumstances and order status.
