Ordering Programming for an MTI Show

If your production is licensed through Music Theatre International, or MTI, you may be able to use an MTI Access Code to verify your license during checkout.

The process depends on your MTI region.

MTI North America Access Codes

If you are based in North America and have already obtained your MTI performance license, MTI should provide your organization with an alphanumeric Access Code.

This code is usually included in your MTI booking confirmation email. You can also request it directly from your MTI representative.

KeyboardTEK cannot provide your MTI Access Code.

To order with an MTI North America Access Code:

  1. Go to the KeyboardTEK show page for your title.
  2. Enter the MTI Access Code on the show page.
  3. The organization information should populate automatically.
  4. Your performance license will be automatically verified.
  5. Continue to checkout and submit payment.

After payment, you will receive instructions about when your files will be available and how to download them.

If you do not have your MTI Access Code, you can still place the order manually. Fill out the order form on the show page and either upload a copy of your MTI performance license or ask KeyboardTEK to verify the license on your behalf.

Ordering Programming for MTI Australasia, MTI Europe, or a Non-MTI Show

MTI Australasia and MTI Europe do not use the same Access Code workflow as MTI North America.

If your production is licensed through MTI Australasia, MTI Europe, or a licensing company other than MTI, use the standard order form on the KeyboardTEK show page.

To order:

  1. Go to the KeyboardTEK show page for your title.
  2. Click Order Now under the show description.
  3. Fill out the order form.
  4. Upload a copy of your licensing agreement or ask KeyboardTEK to verify the license on your behalf.
  5. Submit the order for license verification.

After your license is verified, KeyboardTEK will send an invoice with payment options.

Once the invoice is paid, you will receive download links and instructions for downloading the programming files, unless your title has specific delivery restrictions.

What Happens After You Submit Your Order

After you submit your order, KeyboardTEK verifies that your production has the proper performance rights.

Depending on how the order was placed, verification may happen automatically through an MTI North America Access Code or manually by KeyboardTEK.

If KeyboardTEK verifies the license manually, verification usually takes anywhere from a few minutes to 24 hours.

After verification, you will receive an invoice with payment options. Once payment is complete, you will either receive download links immediately or receive instructions explaining when the files will be available.

Some shows are available immediately after payment. A small number of shows cannot be distributed until closer to the production because of licensing or designer restrictions.

Download links are sent by email.

In most cases, links are sent to the person who placed the order and/or the primary contact provided during the order process.

Please make sure the email address on the order is correct before submitting.
